The Party Package

Two hours of designated playtime, led by our designated party hostess, who will run the session and lead the games and prize giving. All guests will leave with prizes & stickers for winners.

The Fun Time Package

Each guest will get a drink on arrival, a choice of children’s pizza per guest (with margarita, BBQ chicken or pepperoni) and an ice cream to finish.
The Luxury Package
£20.99 a head
Two hours and a half hours of play time, led by our designated party hostess, who will run the session and lead the games and prize giving. All guests will leave with prizes & stickers for winners, and a party bag.
We will supply a drink on arrival and another during the session. This also includes a custom party menu that offers; customisable pizzas, mini hot stuff platters, sliders, loaded nachos or loaded fries or mini cheese boards and an ice cream to finish.
The minimum number of guests for any booking is 6, the maximum at our venue is 20. The minimum amount is due to cost per head count, use of space, use of party hostess- you’re welcome to have a party or 3/4/5 guests, but you would have to pay for the basic 6 as our minimum and everyone would be able to share the additional nibbles. However, these terms are at our full discretion and must be arranged with us prior to any booking being finalised. To finalise and book your chosen party date- we require a 50% of your total booking, it is a non-refundable holding payment to secure your time and date. This must provided in advance upon booking- or your date is not finalised, until the advanced payment on your booking is paid we reserve the right to give your date away to another enquiring customer, who may require the date. The deposit may be paid securely via our payment link or instore at the earliest period of time. With a final head count, party specifics and final payment due at least 1 week before your party booking, with no exceptions. Payment on the day is not available and we will not host or run your party without the above details being confirmed at least one week in advance. On certain dates we can have multiple bookings, to ensure that everyone receives the same luxurious treatment and experience we ask that you keep in mind and have respect for our timings- we cannot allow early entry to the venue and we cannot accommodate late starts or finishes. Your allocated party times are listed above for each party package. If you wish to discuss a longer party, we can do so at our discretion and arrange an additional fee per head. The space in-between parties and bookings is for party preparations, cleaning up and resetting for the following party- so we unfortunately will not be able to grant access to our premises, earlier than 5 minutes prior to the start time for your booking. In regards to party timings, due to the nature of the party there is unfortunately no additional food, except by prior arrangement, other than the food package you have chosen in your booking. As we are a business in conjunction with the Funky Cakery, we have an ‘add a cake’ offer for all parties. Starting from just £15 you can order a personalised; cup-cake set, birthday cake, giant cookie or brownie stack. This must be ordered in advance and is subject to availability. For those of you that wish to bring your own cake, we have a cakeage charge of £1 per head. This includes the delivering and singing of happy birthday, cutting, serving and clearing of the cake that you bring. But, as above, it must be a service that is arranged in advance. However we cannot allow; Fountain Candles or Sparkler Candles. Our premises is only really big enough for the guests, and our designated party hosts to ensure everyone gets an indulgent experience, so it is impractical due to space limitations for more than 1 lead parent to remain whilst the party is underway. Our hosts are great and will make sure your guests have THE BEST DAY EVER. We understand that things happen, however if all of your guests are not present within the first 10 minutes, the party will begin to ensure that we run to time for your party and the other parties later on in the day. The same applies for parental guest collection after your party has ended, there is an allotted 10 minutes after the end of the party, where we will begin to prep for the next booking and need to ensure that all guests have left the premises to ensure we run to schedule.
